The ATLAS Project is
a major initiative aimed at establishing an information base to
support energy Research and Technological Development (RTD) strategy,
which has been undertaken by the European
Network of Energy Agencies (EnR) on behalf of Directorate General
TREN of the European Commission.
|
The
ATLAS Project was a strategic review exercise aimed at identifying key
issues and guiding priorities for the next phase of EU support programmes
and other actions in the field of new energy technologies.
This study was funded under the former EU programme 'THERMIE', the non-nuclear
energy technology demonstration and dissemination component of the 4th
Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development.
