City-RES Projects

The City-RES network of urban renewable energy projects across Europe have been co-ordinated by Energie Cités, aimed to:

1. Permit a more thorough knowledge of municipal initiatives, policies and strategies in the field of renewable energy and the access to this kind of information for European municipalities
2. Stimulate exchanges of experience between municipalities involved in renewable energy projects
3. Create a promotional event for municipal projects on renewable energy and ALTENER II
4. Facilitate the emergence of quality proposals (content, soundness, partnership quality, etc.)
