Projects
Small hydro projects can offer additional local benefits such as for flood
control, water management or irrigation and THERMIE supported various
projects that offer such multi-use applications.
It also provided assistance for some rehabilitation projects where an
old or disused small hydro scheme was replaced by a modern installation.
